Cromwell Energy COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Cromwell Energy Customer:

We wanted to let all of our valued customers know that we are here for you during this difficult time period. Our industry is considered an “essential business”, and we will continue to be here when you need us!

To maintain the safety of you, and our employees, we will be instituting some new service protocols for the near future, including:

  1. We will not be scheduling routine maintenance work for the next four to six weeks.
  2. If you have an emergency, we will follow the CDC and State of Connecticut guidelines for safety before entering your home.  We ask that you assist us in this process by answering a series of safety questions, and limiting your contact with our technicians.
  3. We will continue to make oil deliveries on our normal schedule.
  4. For the safety of our office employees please do not come inside our 308 Main Street location for the time being.  There is a mail slot for anything you need to drop off.  Otherwise please call the office (860-635-1234) or send us an email cromwellenergy@comcast.net.

To help keep you informed of any new developments or changes in these protocols, we recommend that you provide us with your email address so that we can send out alerts as needed. Please email us at cromwellenergy@comcast.net and we will add your email to our database.
