CT Heating & Cooling Services During COVID-19 – Update

Dear Valued Cromwell Energy Customer:

We wanted to let all of our valued customers know that we are here for you during this difficult time period. Our industry is considered an “essential business”, and we will continue to be here when you need us!

To maintain the safety of you, and our employees, we will be instituting some new service protocols for the near future, including:

  1. We will follow the CDC and State of Connecticut guidelines for safety before entering your home, including wearing masks and gloves at all times. We also ask that you assist us in this process by answering a series of safety questions, and limiting your contact with our technicians.
  2. Please follow social distancing guidelines when our technicians enter your home, and please wear a mask if you are in the same room as our employees.
  3. We are now scheduling routine maintenance work, and will continue to make oil deliveries on our normal schedule.
  4. For the safety of our office employees, please do not come inside our 308 Main Street location for the time being. There is a mail slot for anything you need to drop off. Otherwise please call the office (860-635-1234) or send us an email.
