I couldn't be more pleased with Cromwell Energy. Having your AC go down during warm weather is less than ideal, however getting Cromwell Energy on the problem was by far the best choice I made. They were able to come out same day, diagnose the issue, and order the required parts. When the parts came in, they came right out to fix the problem, and the house is now cool. I trust and will now rely on Cromwell Energy for my heating and cooling needs.

I recently switched over to Cromwell energy this summer 2025. After staying with another oil service for the last past 5 years, I got fed up and disappointed on how I was treated in the past. I will not mention their name but I did give them a horrible review and I will never go back to them again. Friends of mine highly recommended Cromwell energy to me after discussing the issues I had with the previous oil company. When I first called to make an appointment I spoke with Ronnie, the office manager and she was very pleasant to deal with. I explained to her what was going on in the past and it was very disheartening in her opinion to be treated like that for a customer for such a long period of time. Cromwell energy did our furnace and hot water heater cleaning for the season. The technician Eric and his apprentice Ken did a fantastic job. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I can't wait to continue doing many years of business with the company. I would highly recommend them

My 30 year old boiler finally called it quits. I contacted a number of companies for estimates and I found Cromwell Energy to be the most responsive, flexible and willing to work with me. Today, their team of technicians remove the old and installed my new boiler. Once installed they took the time to go over the features. Technicians were neat and professional. Cromwell Electric was wonderful to work with. Jeff gave a clear explanation of estimate for mini split a/c and installation happened within a few weeks (earlier than expected)! Tom, Jason and Ken were extremely professional and friendly. Got work done in a day without interrupting us in the home. Everything was cleaned up and took time showing us how to work the units and care for them. We will continue to use this company for multiple services when needed. A+++.

Eric Mori came to do my annual service and he was exceptional! He took the time to answer all my questions, thorough and polite ! I was so pleased and he was neat and timely! He did both my AC and heating!
